Delete a FitAIss account
You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app: More → Account → Schedule account deletion. If you cannot access the app, use the form below.
What will be deleted
After identity verification and the seven-day cancellation period, we delete or anonymise the account, profile, food and hydration diary, workouts, measurements, habits, fasting records, lists, private photos and active sessions.
What may be retained for longer
Minimal billing data, consent evidence, security and complaint records, and information needed to defend claims may be retained for the period required by law or necessary for those purposes. Public sharing materials are disabled or anonymised as part of the deletion process.
Subscription
Deleting the account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it separately in the settings of the store where it was purchased.
